Slow internet speeds

I have been having intermittent slow internet speeds all week.  I run the speed test and see the server switches to Los Angeles from San Diego when the speeds are slow.  I've reset my modem multiple times and it is only stable for a short while before getting terrible speeds again.  What is going on?

Hi Damon, I am detecting a high number of power adjustments, and your RX levels are outside of our preferred specifications. Do you have a splitter at all? If so, I would recommend bypassing it for troubleshooting purposes, to see if this adds some relief. Please also make sure there are no loose or damaged connections either. -Kevin M.
