You can't. Cox no longer supports the creation of new email accounts. You will have to use yahoo/gmail/hotmail/.outlook for a free email account.

You can create secondary accounts on Cox but you can no longer assign email addresses to these accounts. Secondary accounts basically allow other users to pay Cox.
