Rotten COX policy.

 We're Canadians, we can't come down because of Covid and Cox has restored our service from our seasonal hold.  No consideration that we're not able to enter the USA.  Very disappointed.

Thanks for that Bruce.  I've been looking for an address to get in touch.  The phone support person was very polite but unable to do anything about it.

I just fired off a quick note explaining the circumstances.  I agree with you too, no sense in fighting with the phone support guys - they've got limited ability.  Hopefully I'll get some traction through email.  Thanks again!

Well they're going to call me and discuss....will update you for sure.

Well they came through.  Reversed the charges and put me back on the seasonal hold.

This agent was very clear that they have anticipated and planned for the situation faced by seasonal residents and will follow up with the agent.
