Hi, there. If you have a Cox Panoramic modem, you can change the SSID, password and other settings in the Cox app. We can also help you factory reset it. If you have a white Panoramic modem/gateway, factory reset it by holding the WPS button on the back above the phone ports as seen below. Hold it for the FULL 60 seconds or else it will just activate WPS, which is for connecting wifi devices like printers.
