Recover deleted trash on Webmail
This was asked & answered 7 years ago but I’m hoping something has changed. I need a bunch of deleted emails that went to now-emptied trash. I try to be good and keep my account under the size limit, but that caused me to empty the trash from 2021 and now I need some emails from that period! Any suggestions? Do Cox techs monitor these forums? TIA!

Unfortunately, there is no way to recover specific messages on the Webmail if they are deleted from the Trash folder.

Server admins can recover deleted email for users but probably don't want to. However, there is a limitation based on their Retention Periods, which is probably 30 days. 2021?
