So attempted to create a post here but it was removed because it was marked as "spam or abuse"... Is this something that normally happens now? I haven't posted here since they changed the forum up. Post was just the typical post complaining about poor service.

You assume people are normally abusive. Their are lots of post concerning poor service. I feel your tone was overly unnecessary.
