Poor Services and contact ability with Cox On Line

    Does anyone else have an issue with the Website that Cox has? You never can seem to have the ability to contact that OLIVER for Live Chat or the ability to contact Cox by E-mail for connection issues? For the large amount of money we pay for monthly service my COX Connections seem to go out every afternoon about the same time of day and no one to answer my questions on a real time basis. POOR Customer Services!
