Paying my monthly bill
I know this is the incorrect Forum, but quite frankly, I cannot find a way to get this question answered. If the answer is on the website, please direct me to it.
Is there a charge by Cox to pay my monthly bill with a credit card?

We do not charge a fee if payment is made to your monthly bill with a credit card. However, if the payment is returned or rejected by your financial institution for any reason, your account will incur a return payment fee.
