Packet loss and server disconnections

I'll be randomly disconnected while playing any Blizzard game (World of Warcraft, Overwatch, Diablo).  It doesn't matter what time of the day or day of the week - I'll be playing and hit a lag spike and get completely disconnected.  This has happened over a period of months, but it isn't constant, but this occurs just enough to be annoying.  I do not have this issue while playing any other games online, nor does this happen with any streaming services, and when it happens it is JUST the Blizzard game - my internet as a whole is not affected.  My internet package is the Preferred 150, and is perfectly serviceable for my needs, as I'm the only one at my residence.  My equipment (router, modem, cables) are new (less than a year old) and the gaming PC is connected via ethernet.  Any issues on my end of things are easily fixed with a hard reset of my gear and/or doing an ipconfig /release /renew /flushdns, but the winMTR tests I've run the past week (while playing and not) are showing issues at the 5th hop, which I'm assuming is a Cox server (?):

I would really love to know what is going on here and for this issue to be addressed and not have a customer service rep brush me off and tell me its Blizzard's problem or my problem.
