Lousy Upload and Download Speeds

I am currently paying for the Premier Internet Service; however, my current upload/download speeds are incredibly low. My download speeds are below 10Mbps and my upload speeds are only around 1.5Mbps.

Hi Draukag, so that we can take a look at how your modem is handling speed on the Cox network, please follow the steps at bit.ly/HowToRunCoxSpdTest, log into Cox.com, and run the Internet Speed Check tool several times.
