INTERNET OUTAGES
I'm in my second month a Cox internet customer. I've been down a lot (6 times), I hated my old internet provider but I never had this kind of problem. Hate to whine but in 2024 and the amount I pay for this, does not make since, Researching where to go. Need Help.

What do you need help with? Are you down now? Slow speeds? I don't think you will find much help here finding another ISP though.

People tell me where to go all the time. Obligatory joke out of the way now - - - Are you using the cox pano modem. or are you using your own equipment? Was the modem offline, or just spotty WiFi? Need some information to be able to provide some help with a resolution.
