Internet Down Again
My internet just went down again. App said it's for maintenance and estimated time for service is 8:51PM. No notice or anything. Cox you are horrible. I'm so tired of this and the poor service. You guys talked me into a new router, started charging me more for it, and my service has been terrible ever since. Consistently poor download speeds, outages on a weekly basis, and service freezing in the middle of working or watching TV. Do better by your customers.
