Inadvertently unsubscribed from google email list

Yesterday I think I accidentally clicked unsubscribe on an email that I get messages from on a google group mail list.

Since then, I have not received any messages. How can I resubscribe and see those emails again?

You'll have to resubscribe to the Google mail list.

I am not sure if that is what I need to do. I think I clicked the unsubscribe from within one of the options in Cox Webmail, not while logged into a Google account.

Doesn't matter. The method of sending a email to the group to subscribe should work no matter what email provider you use. Did you try it?

BTW, you know this has nothing to do with Cox right? Not that I mind helping, but you may be better off asking on a Google group.

Actually I think it does have something to do with Cox Webmail because I think I inadvertently clicked on something WITHIN the Cox system that shows all of my emails. I did not click on the unsubscribe within an email message itself. This type of thing to click on is usually at the bottom of messages.

I think I somehow changed a setting or something. But I have checked over the block list and nothing is there.

If an email is marked as spam, the address would appear in the list of Blocked Senders.  However, your list is empty because it reads "No addresses yet."

Creating a filter would involve more than "inadvertently clicked on something."

Is this account receiving email from other addressees?

Yes receiving email from many others.  Including individuals and group emails from promotions such as Caseys, Marcus theaters, etc.

It is very odd. The email is a private list - crglist@googlegroups.com

The administrator of the list took me off that list, saved it, then put me back on and saved again. Plus added another cox email account I have to the list. Neither one gets the group emails but receives other messages.

You must have clicked Mark as Spam because this wouldn't create a "local" rule in your account but instead a system rule at the server to flag/block the address.

You'll need Cox to contact our third-party email provider to remove the rule on the server.

Send an email to cox.help@cox.com with your full name and complete address.

Try forwarding a copy of the one of the emails(as a attachment) to thisisnotspam@cox.net .
