I'm constantly getting dropped from games(disconnected from servers) or will experience latency while streaming.

So this has been going on for months now. It's usually usually brief but it's long enough to disconnect me from Xbox live for a couple of minutes or at least interrupt party chat. It usually only happens with games and party chat will work fine outside them but still experiences lag from time to time.

Getting 15% packet loss on my end here. Definitely not worth $90 a month

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing packet loss. Do you have any trace routes showing the packet loss so we may investigate further where it may be originating from?

Mines been really bad for about 2 years, but in the last month its dropped my upload speed to under half a MB. It seems as if they are throttling high upload  applications . Because everything thing else seems normal.

I have experienced upto 71% packet loss. File a complaint with the FCC, otherwise cox wont pay any attention to your issues.
