Do you use a Cox Pano modem, or your own equipment?

The router needs to be out in the open, not behind anything, (Certainly not behind a tv). Objects in between the router and the cell phone will block the WiFi signal, The denser the object, the more it blocks the signal. The best place for a router is out in the open, raised as high as you can. If you have a "Smartbox" take it out, and set a table outside of the box to place the router, or move it to a central room. Smartboxes are stupid, (think faraday cage).

Let me know if any of this helps?
