I am trying to access the Cox Chat link to ask a question. The link is not provided. Does anyone else see this?

I need to set up ethernet to work from home. I only have a modem, not a router. Is this something I can do or do I need tech support?

You could always ask here or send an email to Cox at cox.help@cox.com.

If you do not need to share your Internet connection with other devices in your home, you can directly connect your device to the modem.
