How to set up OpenDNS for parental controls on COX Panoramic router

OpenDNS is used as a parental control and requires me to change my DNS servers.

I logged into my router and they are currently set to,

Primary DNS Server (IPv4):68.105.28.11

Secondary DNS Server (IPv4):68.105.29.11

But there is no visible option to changes these inside the Panoramic control panel.

How do I fix this?

Do I need a different router?
