How do I enable notifications on my Cox app to track current outage?

Because you have the Cox App you will automatically see SmartHelp notifications of outages. See this link: www.cox.com/.../using-smarthelp-through-the-cox-app.html . You can also sign up for Outage Notifications through this link, www.cox.com/.../outage-notifications.html . And you can also recieve text notification of outages by texting 'UPDATE' to 269898.
