How do I remove the additional 500GB on my internet service
A few months ago I added 500GB to my plan to avoid overage.
A few months later I want to go back to the standard 1TB but for the life of me I cannot find online how to uncheck this option.
(If you have the option to add it online then the option to remove it should also be online)
I do everything online - I prefer not to call
