Did you use a different browser or device to post in this Forum than when you were trying to use Live Chat? You don't have to be signed in to the Forums to use Live Chat, but you do have to have cookies enabled to sign in to the Forums. That should have enabled Live Chat to work properly if you were using the same browser or device.

The Cox chat website requires cookies. The following displays when cookies are not enabled.
Click the website "Manage Options" link for the the following cookies requirement notification.
Change site settings to allow cookies for the chat website and the following should be displayed.
