DOCSIS 3.1 availability

Question

COX CEO announced at the CES show in New York that by the end of 2019, 90% of the Cox 'footprint' will have DOCSIS 3,1 available.  How can I tell when my address will be serviced with DOCSIS 3.1?

Hi Ketchum28, your address is DOCSIS 3.1 capable, through coaxial cable. With a DOCSIS 3.1 modem, you'll be able to receive speeds of up to 1,000 Mbps download, and 35 upload (Gigablast). -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
