Cox suck
33 hours now no commissions and i sign up with phone number still nothing hole neighborhood out Because it rained didn’t even storm NicholeC said rain did not cause it but it happens every times it rains so over Cox

Hi,
I'm sorry you've been without service so long. I said that rain should not impact service, but if it is, we can get a tech out. Lines and equipment should be able to withstand rain, however, we need to investigate why that is not the case for you. Occasionally, there are instances where something could be exposed and then impacted by weather. If you have not yet emailed us with your address, please do so. We would be happy to help.
