Cox email merge to Yahoo
I have opened my Yahoo account however none of files i created to store useful emails went with the merger. Thus I have lost all of the emails i wanted to save and still use. for example we are building a small addition, all of the plans and correspondence were stored in a file. This file doesn't exist in Yahoo and they (Yahoo) says they are gone.
Will cox stay open after this 365 day period we all have to get out stuff?
Can i email a complete folder of files to Yahoo and store them there?

Hi Rkeough1,
I am very sorry to hear that your important emails were lost in the transition. Customers did have that time to move to Yahoo, however, once you have the Yahoo setup, you are no longer on our server. You should no longer have access via Cox once the transition is complete.
