chrome tablet wifi does not work after plan change

My Vankyo Chrome tablet will not connect to Panoramic Wifi. My other devices PC phone tv connect without problem. The Chrome tablet wifi successfully connects with my phone hotspot and with the library public wifi. This seemed to happen after I changed my data plan. It worked in July but no longer worked in September. Does anyone have ideas?

The Chrome tablet tries to connect to Panoramic wifi, showing a loop of statuses "Connecting", "Saved", and "Disconnecting". It then ends with "Disabled".

I have done the usual: restarted Panoramic modem/router, checked settings in tablet and Panoramic app, and deleted the network definition from tablet and the history from Panoramic app.
