Bad Service and way overpriced

I truly hate the fact that these services don’t have any control on the way Cox charges their customers, the amount of money they charge for a simple service is ridiculous especially now with this economy controlled by the millionaires with companies like Cox that can charge anything they want, they are not there to service the customer but to abuse them! I truly hate them!
