What model modem do you have? Can you post the signal levels? Also what light is blinking green? Upstream or downstream?

Can't see your channels but maybe that is what is wrong? I notice your upstream is very high which is probably causing a issue. Should be below 50 and it is 59dB. Do you have any splitters between where the coaxial line comes from the street to the modem? If not, you have to wait for a technician. If so, try bypassing them. For every 2 way splitter you bypass you should lower your upstream by 3.5dB. Maybe something happened outside that raised the upstream.

Blinking green light means "Downstream/Upstream channel search" as per here. The fact that your not showing any downstream channels says your not getting channel lock.

BTW you may want to edit your post to remove your modem's MAC address for privacy reasons.

They appear to be correct, a service call appears to be in order. HOWEVER, check ALL cable connections, replace any splitters you have and barrel connectors, (In wall plates), and if you have a cable amplifier, unplug power to it for 2 minutes, then plug it back in.
