I live and Work in Saudi Arabia with my home in the United States and we have been using Cox services for years at 3 of our apartments. I.E. we paid our COX bill for years. Does customer loyalty count with COX? NO. Again NO! We tried, my girlfriend who lives in the states with/in our Apartments. We tried to get another Internet service in one of our Apartments. I had my girlfriend put on the account authorizing her to make changes. This was just yesterday the SAME DAY as the installation. The account has been even been set up. Cox says they sent me a bill from an account that was just set up, one I NEVER received to the email listed on the account. There's a pin number listed on the bill. Really? Cox asks, what is the pin number? I ask, if I never saw the pin number or the bill how can I tell you what the pin number is? Cox says that my girlfriend is listed on the account, they changed the pin number to one we chose. But still nothing works, my girlfriend still can't make changes. bla bla bla, Finally I said can you resend me the bill that I NEVER saw. No they can't because I don't know the pin number that is on the bill I never saw. I asked to to pick up the Internet equipment and cancel the order. They can't. Why? Because I don't know the pin number they say they sent me but I never received. A bill was sent just ONE DAY after the installation? ZERO DAYS of use on equipment not fully set up? I am calling my lawyer becuase I can not deal with this over seas and will not pay for a bill for a service they had not set up.
