I have an issue with my IP address. At sites like whatismyip.com (or similar) I get an incorrect location assigned to my IP address. Some say it's located in Dallas, some say Fayetteville Ark. Actually I'm in Kansas.
What can I do to fix this?

In short, not much. If you can find who does their Geolocation data, you might be able to send in a correction form, but since you IP can change, there is no way of know if it will stay that way. And I doubt you will be able to get them to correct a entire block. In the end its totally outside Cox control.
See here and here for more info.
