Wifi Issue

Hello,

My computer constantly loses the Wifi connection. We also get a real weak signal in parts of our upstairs. I have tried turning off and restarting the modem and router but that does not change anything. 

It always is able to get back on the Wifi after a 5 second or 30 second pause and me hitting my Wifi network. We are unsure if there is a loose connection somewhere or if we need a new modem or what the issue is. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
