why is my internet not working

When I looked from here I'm not seeing the device online suggesting there is some kind of signal or equipment issue.  I'd suggest checking all of the cable connections to ensure they're hand tight then disconnecting and reconnecting power to the modem/router and see if that helps any.  If that doesn't help it may be necessary to schedule a technician to come and troubleshoot further.
