Why does the map come up every time I sign in to webmail and can't get my mail

Every time I sign in to webmail the map for cox comes up and asks for my zip code so they can show me services.  I can not get to my webmail.  This has been going on for over a month.  Why is this happening and how can I get it removed.  I do not need your map, I already have the services, I want my webmail.  Extremely annoying.
