why do I lose internet connection on Saturdays between 8-11?

Internet works fine all week but then on Saturday night, we lose connection. We do not use more connections to internet on Saturday - we have the same number of devices connecting on Saturday as we do all week.

That does seem a bit strange, are you using any wired connections to the router? Do those devices lose connection as well?

Does it happen at the same time on Saturday? Also, do the lights change on the modem? Last, do you have any other Cox services, and if so, are they effected at the same time?
