Why are the SyFi movies not complete

Hi:

I posted this exact problem on the forum the other day. I attempted to e-mail Cox customer service with the question, as I dread wading thru the phone customer service method, just to be talked to like I'M an idiot, but they rarely respond to e-mail. Wondered if Cox is responsible for what On Demand content they host, or is SYFY responsible for making available defective streaming files. Haven't seen the last dozen minutes or so of any of  the last 5 or 6 Syfy channel movies I've tried to view.

Thanks very much for reaching out to us through the Cox Forums! You have brought up several great questions. All content in our On Demand library is provided by the content owner. (In most cases, the network broadcaster owns the content.) There is a validation process used by our On Demand team when data files are received, but not all content is actually watched from beginning to end.

So that I can investigate this further, please email my team at cox.help@cox.com. Include a link to this page along with your full name, address, and several examples of SyFy On Demand titles that cut off the end of the movie. We'll help you get to the bottom of this!
