Why am I paying $162 a month for your services when they only work half the time????????

Seriously, Cox, this is getting ridiculous.  Since I've switched to your services from AT&T, I'm paying way more, and getting a LOT less in services!  Right now, my internet goes in and out like it's stuck in a *** revolving door, my On Demand channels only work half the time, I ordered the Sports and Movie Packs and got charged for a month and a half of services that I JUST started receiving last week after being on the phone with your technician for over an hour.  This is all getting really ridiculous, and I'm going to come out and say that I want SOMETHING for the inconvenience.  I don't care if you give me a month of free services, or a promo of premium channels, or another cable box for my third room, or to stop being charged the rental fees for the boxes...I'm sure we can come to SOME conclusion that will make all of us happy.,

I've already had a technician out here who switched out my modem, and I'm still having internet issues.  I can't watch Mickey Mouse On Demand right now, which is making my cranky toddler into a *** Devil (which isn't improving my mood).

I shouldn't have to be contacting you monthly because of problems with your services, and I'm not going to lie.  I received a letter from AT&T yesterday letting me know that UVerse TV is now available in my area, and I'm considering a switch back to them and their bundle.  So basically, it comes down to this:  if my services don't get improved, and I'm not sufficiently made happy by your company, I can, and WILL take my business back to AT&T.  You may be sitting there reading this and thinking, "Oh, well, she's just one person, her $162/month won't matter all that much."  Well let me tell you something, I may just be one person, but I'm one person with a VERY loud voice, and I will use every social media platform I have available to me, not to mention the Better Business Bureau.  And you can't even call it slander, because nothing I say about your company and the services they provide would be considered untrue!

I want the services I'm paying for.  I want to be reimbursed for the services I haven't received. I want to not have to contact your company on a monthly basis, because that takes time out of MY busy schedule, and I'm not being reimbursed for that time either.  It's in your best interest to look into my account, see what you can do to lower my bill, see what you can do to make my services work efficiently without me calling or emailing monthly, or you'll be losing another customer to AT&T, and have the equivalent of a pissed off chihuahua barking all over Facebook, Twitter and any other social media platform I can access about how ridiculously horrid your expensive services ARE!

P.S. For any smart-**** forum users, I'm also sending this letter directly to Cox, so you need not worry that they won't receive it.  Thanks.

Well last time you posted once and then never posted again. Also, watch your language. Your embarrassing yourself. I reject your negativity and replace it smiles.

BTW, How are all us stinkin' forum users? Anyone have any cool hardware to show off?

YES! Put up an antenna, PLEASE. Or go back to AT&T. I'm sure the CSRs there remember you!

"... little genius who can’t spell a word in more than one way."

If you knew enough to correct me, then you knew what I meant. I believe in content over delivery, and the OP had almost no content or info on the technical side of the issue. Thus I troll the troll. They hate fire.

And I don't mind long posts as long as they aren't rants. As for people with large mouths, I find they usually have the least interesting things to say.
