When is COX going to start retaining checking routing and acct numbers like every other utility?

When I'm paying a bunch of bills it is frustrating when Cox is the only utility or vendor that does not retain my checking routing and account number.  Cox is an advanced, sophisticated, famous company - for the life of me I don't understand why Cox would not offer their customers this convenience.  Surely Cox can do better on this front.  Thank you very much for listening.
