When does the new speed start?

I got an email a few weeks back staying that they are going to increase my internet speed but i haven't seen any changes yet...

Seriously, we only send the email when it's within a month or so. Us customer service types are told not to give specific dates, but I'm thinking DOCSIS 3 modems are going to be popular on Black Friday.
