What is wrong with channel 12 KWCH?

Are you seeing black bars on the top, bottom, left, and right of the program and commercials? Is this happening on HD ch. 2012 and SD ch. 12?  Are all receivers in the home repeating this? What model cable box do you have?

It is on KWCH 12 and on a Mini Box. Online chat said it was a Broadcasting problem.

Good, because it is still doing it. I can turn the TV off for awhile and it is fine when I turn it back on.
