What is the current SMTP settings for @cox.net ?

I just got a new Iphone 6 and can't send emails using my cox email. I can receive them but get an error when replying or forwarding. It says the user name or password is incorrect. It shows my user name as XXXXX@smtp.cox.net I know the password is right because I am receiving emails. My account says XXXX.cox.net. Why does it add the smtp when sending? is this the problem. My sister has the same phone and her cox email is still using pop not imap for incoming. her outgoing is the same settings but hers works. Help! I have the settings: incoming mail server: host name: imap.cox.net outgoing mail server: smtp: smtp.cox.net

Jonikay, With the user names it does not use the server names in those fields. So it should be the account without the "@cox.net" or any server name in that field. The server name for incoming and outgoing are correct however.
