Watch ESPN User Not Authorized Error

When I attempt to pull up a basketball game on ESPN U, a user not authorized error pops up. I have a Cox TV package, and get the ESPN U channel on my TV. In fact, my family is watching the same game on the TV while I am away, but I cannot pull up the ESPN U channel on WatchESPN. I do not understand the User Not Authorized error, as I am an authorized user.
