VERY SLOW internet speed for 2 (TWO) weeks now

I'm paying the MOST for high speed internet, since last week we're getting from 1 to 10 MG.   We have documentation. With LEGAL TESTING service....resolve NOW

Please post some of the mentioned documentation, including network configuration and modem signal levels.

Sorry I was trying to contact Cox customer complaints...that's all I got from them...this forum....I have sent you an actual photo of one test...let's see if Cox will deliver it

Your picture didn't come through unfortunately.  I'd suggest trying a few speed tests by using the tool available by signing into http://www.cox.com and clicking Internet Tools.  If you could get a few both with and without the router it would be most helpful.
