vcr with mini box
I used to run the cable to my vcr and watch tv through vcr and record programs. I talked to many people at Cox and some say I can use the vcr still and some say I can't. Is there a way to connect a vcr to mini box and watch tv and record shows like I did before?

It is technically possible however it may not work the same way you were used to. The coax out on the mini-box can be connected to the RF in on the VCR which would enable you to record whatever channel you're viewing with the mini-box.
