URC-2200-R Remote Factory Reset?

Does anyone happen to know the code/button sequence to do a "factory reset / clear" of the URC-2200-R remote that is being shipped with the MiniBox tuners?

We do not have a factory reset code for that remote. Perhaps we can be of assistance in a different way. What seems to be the issue with the remote?
