Upload speed.
My internet speed is totally fine when downloading and surfing. But I can't seem to upload anything bigger than pictures. Uploading video to Facebook or youtube is incredibly slow. Is there anything I can do about this?

Can you quantify this, @Twilight? What plan are you on and what actual upload speeds are you getting? You can test you speeds from Cox Internet Tools or sites like speedtest.net. Video files can be huge, I did a 4 min HD video which was a 0.5GB upload to youtube. "Incredibly slow" doesn't tell us anything, please quantify, thanks.
