Upgrade notice and Upload speed with Ultimate is less than 10 vice 20.

I have a Cisco DPC3010 that I bought from COX over a year ago.  I got an email saying I need to upgrade my modem.  So i logged onto my account and it is showing a DSA301U modem!  That one was send in when they sent me the Cisco!

I also seem to be having trouble with my UPLOAD speed with the ultimate.  I get only around 9 instead of the 20 mbts I am suppose to get.  I have tested on various days for a solid month.

My download is fine at around 180 (well abuve the 150).
