Hi your consumer,

Unfortunately we do not do any PC troubleshooting.  If you are having computer problems you would need to speak with your PC manufacturer or you could speak with our Cox Tech Solutions department.   It is a fee-based service but they would be able to assist you.  The phone number is 1-877-832-7658.
