Unable to sign into cox account
The login appears and I enter in my information, but when enter selected, it just refreshes to the login screen. Have reset my IE settings and still nothing. IE version 10.

What login screen is it exactly? What is the link?
I tried with MSIE 11 and had no problems signing into http://myconnection.cox.com/
If you use the wrong username or password, does it give you a error?

If this is the cox website, https://www.cox.com/residential/home.html is it the first time you've attempted to sign in with your Cox Credentials?
