Unable to reach Cox advertised internet connection speed
I've recently upgraded to the Premier level to get the advertised 100 mbps speed. Ever time I run speed test, I am only getting around 10 Mbps. I was getting up to 50 Mbps in the Preferred level but after upgrade the speed dropped to 10 Mbps. Can someone help? Do I need to upgrade the modem to support the 100 Mbps?

We cant take a look at the account and make sure that everything has been provisioned properly so that you're getting the proper speeds. If everything is correct on the account, we'll have to do some troubleshooting with the equipment. Please send an email to cox.help@cox.com, include the name and address on the account.
