Unable to pay bill online

What the heck is going on at Cox ?  Several times, I've tried to pay my bill online, only to get an error message stating that they were unable to process the transaction.  I've double and triple checked the bank info, and that's all correct, and it works for other services, but Cox is having the hang up.  Also, today I logged in to check my bill balance, and they say "there are no statements available for the account."  Wow, talk about someone not wanting to get paid.....

Well glad to know I am not the only confused cox customer out there.  I am getting the same thing like all my information has vanished and I can't pay my bill either.  No statements or anything!  Your right they must not want to get paid, but don't be late they will surely send you that disconnection notice, even though it was there *** website that wouldn't let you pay!  LOL!

I know there were some reported issues yesterday, are any of you still experiencing issues with this?

Chris,

Yes, this issue is still going on. I am also on the same boat and getting reporting errors such as:

I'm informed that the problem is still being investigated.

I'm getting the same thing- unable to view any statements, unable to view the bill due, unable to pay online.

It's been going on for a few weeks now and it's getting beyond ridiculous. Not to mention the ENTIRE website is ridiculously slow. I feel like I'm back on dial up.

I, too, have been having the same problem for about two weeks.  I tried again today and the problem still isn't fixed.  I don't have the time during my lunch hour to go to their local office to pay my bill.  I hope they don't think they can charge me a late fee for this????

Ditto....have been trying to pay my employer's bill all day and night, and the stored payment information is nowhere to be found and all the help pages are so inadequate, nothing listed as solutions works and when I try and call the 24 hr automated system, that system will not accept any payment methods either....gee, talk about hanging your customers out to dry!

Are you getting any particular error message when you try this?

I have had that issue on and off for almost the entire 2 years I had Cox. And now I am trying to pay my payment that is apparently overdue that I know I sent out almost 6 months ago (which is when I cancelled service) and I got it again. I just want to pay the bill so I never have a reason to log onto this site again.
