unable to connect to cox via internet explorer
I recently began having issues connecting with cox.net webmail and other cox sites using internet explorer. I can connect through firefox. I have always used internet explorer as my default browser, and this issue only recently started. In addition to my McAfee security from Cox, I tried downloading the Cox PC health check, but it says file or directory not found when I try to look at the recommendations after a scan. Ideas on what the issue may be?

Internet Explorer should not have any issues loading the page either. What version of IE are you using? If it is working outside of that browser we know that the issue is not with the website itself. Have you cleared the cache for the browser (i.e. cookies, temporary internet files, history)?

What issues have you been having? Slow? Some kind of error message? And what was the reason you started using Firefox. Anything relevant? Last, did you have the problem before Mcafee? Or only after?
