UFC PPV debacle

Did anyone else have issues last weekend for the UFC PPV?  We had a house full of people for the much anticipated rematch....watched the free Prelims and were amped!  However when we went to the HDPPV to order the fights the purchase ended up being for porn!!...but that didn't even start until 6am!  It was a joke the whole night, but seriously!!  You can't even order the fights until 30 minutes before they start but you can order porn 8 hours in advance??  Who does that!?!?!?!  Anyway, I went to the regular PPV said it was processing the order but came back as unable to process.  SO aggravating!!  We've never had problems before and it figures it was on a fightcard that everyone wanted to see!  I called Cox and was on hold for over an hour Saturday night before I finally hung up.  I kept checking both channels and all was the same until 1am.  We obviously never did get the fights.  I tried calling Cox on Sunday to get the billing corrected for the porn! and some consolation for the vast inconvenience and ruining of everyones night.  So, I emailed Cox Sunday....received a confirmation that they got my email, but still have yet to hear anything.  I just checked my recent activity and the porn charge is still there.  In times when there are more TV options than I care to review, perhaps that is our next move.  As it is our audio gets off w/picture too much to mention and after this all the other TV options out there are looking much more enticing...
